as some of you might know, i broke my nose a bit over a week ago.. (or well my brother did, but anyhow)
at first i just got a black eye and my whole face was all swollen, especially my nose, but then i found out my nose was broken. i had to go fix it with a surgery and yeah they anesthetized my nose with those bloody long needles and cocaine! now i have to keep this tape or splint or whatever until next tuesday and it’s a pain in the ass since i must keep it dry. if it gets wet, it comes off, argh!
it’s been a really tough week for me with all the random people staring and the people i know asking what happened and all that.
i just want this all to be over and my nose to be okay. oh and this was prolly one of the most painful things i’ve ever had to go through.
lol my mom says i look like a koala with this splint.
i bought a new, bright red lipstick today and i loooove it! prolly gonna wear it the whole summer haha.. wheeeee

it has been absolutely amazing here! and warm ah! right now the sun is shining, and even though it’s a bit windy, unlike in finland the wind is warm here. we’ve had parties or gone out basically almost every night and yah. soon we’re gonna head to the center of Lyon to go to a zoo and to do a little tour around the city once again.
oh and i basically speak nothing but french here. and well finnish when i see my friends from finland, but with my host family, it’s always french. teeheee i’m so proud of myself!

i’m leaving today to France with a group of people from my school. we’re staying in families and i’m just so excited! :) it’s gonna be amaziing!
